Application Procedure

1) If you wish to apply for admission, please complete this form, and mail a $80.00 non-refundable application fee per child to 3430 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116. This is a non-refundable fee and does not guarantee enrollment at The Cove School. Deadline is February 1st. (Upon completion, you will be directed to our pay online portal).

2) After reviewing applications, The Cove School will call you to schedule a visit for your child. This is the time for you and your child to spend some time in the classroom. Visits are usually at the beginning of March.

3) Invitation to Join The Cove are e-mailed on March 15. Upon acceptance into our program you will be notified in writing of your child’s schedule. Please return necessary paperwork and required fees by April 1st. We admit children of any race, color, and nationality, religious or ethnic background. Applications submitted after February 1st will be reviewed based on space availability.
